I was sketching concepts for my herm transformation story "Hard Copy" (Furaffinity #22308338, SoFurry #1125128, Weasyl #1434512), using a new technique I just invented* for rapid iteration.

I drew the sketch, copy-pasted a few times, blocked in the colors a few times, turned off the linework layer on one to check something, and went "...Huh!"

Started tweaking, yadda yadda yadda, here we are. If you saw "SWIMBIOTE: Basic Black", it's basically the same style.

So why didn't you finish it finish it?

Because if I kept going back and tweaking, I'd never finish the story.

I also have a couple thumbnails for stories I never wrote or finished. I don't want to jinx it. I don't even want to think about the thumbnail for Hard Copy.

So why didn't you come back when you actually finished the story and finish the pic?

I'm lazy.
