For funsies, I tried to write this story like him. Less emphasis on dialogue, less on character thoughts, strong emphasis on physicality and sensation, none of my standard "someone telling someone else a story" framing device.
And then I wrote two people roleplaying a story.
I think I have a problem.
The headphones are Monster Diamond Tears, and they are exactly as tasteless and overpriced as they sound.* Shorts from Lady Gaga's "Perfect Illusion" video because, I mean, wow.
* So, y'know, if someone wants to buy me a pair... /joke
